Lemon-Garlic Chuck Steak & Buttered Parsley Potatoes
Chuck steak is always considered the low-value steak, the last preference but there is just so much you can do with it. Its variety of use without necessarily ruining its taste or the dish is what makes it so ideal for a low-budget season. Just because you are saving doesn’t mean you shouldn’t enjoy tasty and healthy food. Below is a recipe of what a Chuck steak and a little bit of some fresh herbs can do. Ingredients
- Chuck Steak
- Garlic
- Lemon Juice
- Basil
- Salt
- Steak & Chops Spice
- Oil
- Parsley
- Butter
- Potatoes
- Green beans.
Recipe
- Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
- Boil potatoes till tender
- While the potatoes are boiling, crush and chop garlic. Together with basil, steak & chops spice, lemon and salt, marinate the chuck steak and leave to sit for 10 minutes.
- Fry the steak in a little oil to preferred level of doneness.
- Once, the potatoes are tender, chop parsley and sauté it in butter adding the potatoes for 2-3minutes.
- Fry the green beans in a little butter and Serve as preferred.
